“Enhancing Your Natural Beauty”

How To Prepare

 * First off, just wanted to thank you for your interest and allowing me the opportunity to provide my lashing services to you. Your support and the trust you put in me means a great deal, for which I am thankful of, and truly appreciate. Looking forward to lashing you soon!

*Please make sure you receive an email from me that contains a Lash Extension Waiver. I recommend that you thoroughly read it over, to have an idea of what to expect. I apologize but I am not able to start the process until I receive the waiver back signed. You are always welcome to contact me with any questions.

*Please be completely free of all eye makeup. Eye makeup can interfere with the adhesive bond and shorten the lifespan of your lash extensions, so it's very important your natural lashes be as clean as possible.

*If you wear contact lenses, please remove them prior to the service. It might be a great idea to wear your glasses instead, the day of. If not, you are more than welcome to remove them when you are here.

*Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to take a lash nap. Lash extension can take up to 3 hours depending on your lash type. Beauty rest is always wonderful!

*It is highly recommended to arrive freshly showered and with clean hair. Please keep in mind you won't be able to wet the lashes for 24-48 hours after application.

*If this is your first time and are nervous about having this service done, please let me know. I can make sure to walk you through every step of the way to let you know exactly what is being done.

*Please be gentle. Avoid touching, rubbing, pulling and sleeping on your lashes. The adhesive, although safe to use, is very strong and picking or pulling will pull your natural lashes out.  Extreme heat near your lashes should also be avoided.

*Do not get your lashes wet for the first 48 hours. This includes steam, saunas, and facials. You may wash your face in the sink using a washcloth, avoiding the eye area. Exposing your new extensions to any kind of moisture will result in the lash glue over-curing and becoming brittle.

*It is best to avoid all oil based products on your face. It WILL breakdown the adhesive and you will have premature lash extension loss. Keep in mind that everything on your face will travel to the eye area.

*Wash your lashes daily! The cleaner your lashes are, the happier they will be. Clean them gently with a designated lash cleanser. Failure to clean your lashes will not only result in poor retention, but the build up of bacteria, and can lead to eye infections. This is by far the most important aftercare of them all.

*Brush your lashes daily, gently, to keep them looking neat, tidy and uniform. A simple sweep 4-5 times a day will not only put stray lashes into place, it will also helps your extensions last longer.  But please make sure that the mascara wand you use to brush, is clean. I will provide one for you to take home.

* Always return for fills within the time set, leave them to fall out naturally, or get them removed professionally. Never attempt to remove the extensions yourself.

*Never apply mascara or liquid gel eyeliner to your extensions or upper eyelid. Both will adhere to the extensions, cannot be safely cleansed off, and will create a breeding ground for bacteria. If you ignore this step, I may request for a removal and suggest a new set be applied.

*Last but not least, enjoy your natural set of extensions!
