“Enhancing Your Natural Beauty”

How To Prepare

 * First off, just wanted to thank you for your interest and allowing me the opportunity to provide my lashing services to you. Your support and the trust you put in me means a great deal, for which I am thankful of, and truly appreciate. Looking forward to lashing you soon!

*Please make sure you receive an email from me that contains a Lash Lift Waiver. I recommend that you thoroughly read it over, to have an idea of what to expect. I apologize but I am not able to start the process until I receive the waiver back signed. You are always welcome to contact me with any questions.

*Please be completely free of all eye makeup. Any residue that is left behind may result in a poor lift that will not immediately show. If this is not possible, please avoid using waterproof mascara 24 hours prior to your appointment.

*If you wear contact lenses, please remove them prior to the service. It might be a great idea to wear your glasses instead, the day of. If not, you are more than welcome to remove them when you are here.

*Take it easy on the caffeine for a much more relaxing session.

*If you are pregnant, have allergies or dry eye syndrome, please let me know as this is very important information that I will need to take into consideration.

*If this is your first time and are nervous about having this service done, please let me know. I can make sure to walk you through every step of the way to let you know exactly what is being done.

*No heat, steam, saunas, water, oils, lotions, creams, face wash, and make up removers on lashes for a minimum of 24 hours. In other words, please plan to leave your lashes free and clear of everything for 24 hours. I will apply a keratin solution to your lashes that I would love to have sit for the entire 24 hours. It can make your lashes look stuck together or feel stiff but do not worry, they will fluff out nicely once are you are able to wash them.

*Oil make-up removers have a tendency to drop the curl faster. That's not to say you can't use them. Just be aware you may not get as long a time out of your lift. My goal is to have your lift last as long as possible.

*I will provide you with a clean mascara brush. Because your lashes are still malleable within the first few days, I highly recommend that you brush your lashes 2-3 times a day. More importantly in the morning after washing your face, and right before bedtime. There isn't much maintenance required after however, brushing once a day will help out tremendously as your lashes start growing. It helps encourage a consistent curl pattern and better grow out.

*As your lift grows out and your lashes go through their normal growth cycles, you may notice (usually towards the 6th week or so) that some lashes are twisted over the side and/or look a bit "frazzled."  This is just the remains of the lift growing out. This is NOT permanent and is NOT lash damage. Please continue to brush your lashes daily.

*Although rare, sometimes adverse/allergic reactions can happen. If you experience irritated or swollen eyes, rinse them out thoroughly with water, take an anti-histamine, and apply a cold compress. But please DO NOT RUB your eyes as this can cause more irritation. Of course if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me anytime!

*Above all else, if for some reason there is something about your lift that you do not like or you feel seems wrong, PLEASE DON'T FREAK OUT. (lol) Seriously, this is not an exact science and with certain lash types, it can take a bit of trial, error and adjustments to achieve the right curl for you. If it's something that you absolutely cannot live with, please contact me and I will be more than happy to make it better.
